"Debuting its sixth location at Stableside at Falcon Landing in Cinco Ranch and coming to Katy next year, I note that The Union Kitchen will occupy a 5,000-square-foot space with seating for 450 and will continue offering its lengthy global-meets-Southern menu of salads, pizzas, hearty cuts of meat and a bounty of seafood dishes, including the "Cajun Seafood Pasta Pizza" and barbecue pulled pork tostadas; the spot will also boast plentiful outdoor seating.
