"Set to open in 2022 at 4124 W. Broadway Avenue in Robbinsdale, this casual new taproom will be a beer-centric destination with a bar menu of burgers, loaded fries, and family-style items, presented in a dressed-down space with a hybrid counter-meets-tableside service model. Familiar faces from PAMP will help lead the next chapter—Andy Goettsh (formerly chef de cuisine at Travail) will serve as head brewer and expand the beloved beer offerings, co-chefs Nat Moser and Ben Feltmann will remain on board, and Alexandra Althoff will continue as head pastry chef to deliver sweet and savory treats.
