"Mr. Pique is one of two trucks on TV Highway that specializes in cabeza and is only open on weekends. The stewed cabeza is fatty and rich, and is commonly served as a street food hangover cure in places like Mexico City. The move here is to get a cup of the consomé con carne for dipping and sipping.
