"Texas-based Torchy’s Tacos opens its sixth Colorado store June 26 in the Highlands Ranch Central Park development. The taco shop at 1515 Park Central Drive Suite 100 will offer all the Torchy’s staples — the Democrat beef barbacoa taco, the Trailer Park fried chicken with green chile queso taco — as well as beer and margaritas.
