"Red Plate brings a Chinese restaurant to the Cosmopolitan, replacing chef Scott Conant’s shuttered Italian concept D.O.C.G. Enoteca, the space sits between Beauty & Essex and Conant’s other former Italian restaurant Scarpetta.
