"A Thai-inspired rolled-ice-cream cafe, this second location opened at Alpharetta City Center behind Smokejack BBQ and is owned by Zak Khimji and Zein Rahemtulla; the original location sits along Haynes Bridge Road in Johns Creek. The shop makes rolled ice cream using dairy from Georgia-based Mountain Fresh Creamery and also offers several flavors of bubble tea, coffee and coffee drinks, cakes, and local honey. Vegan rolled ice cream flavors are made from peas with no added sugars, and customers can pick from a set menu of rolled ice creams paired with toppings and mix-ins or create their own concoctions. Both the Johns Creek and Alpharetta locations are currently takeout-only (the Johns Creek shop offers delivery via UberEats, Postmates, and GrubHub), and a third outlet is planned along the Eastside Beltline across from Piedmont Park in Midtown later this year pending permitting. Current hours are Tue–Thu 6–9 p.m., Fri 6–10 p.m., Sat 12–10 p.m., and Sun 12–9 p.m." - Beth McKibben
