"I found that 3rd Level Brewing opened in Round Rock in June; it is listed at 1201 East Palm Valley Round and was launched on June 10 by co-owners Amy Bradley, Clint Bradley, and Ross Winner. Clint and Ross had co-hosted a podcast called 3 Beers In, which inspired them to open their own brewery. Their beers include sours, IPAs, rice lagers, and other styles with retro video game references.
