"I've long known this popular Poncey-Highland sports bar for its wings: Dugan's is relocating by the end of the year from its present Ponce location to the redeveloping former Northlake Mall complex in DeKalb County, with the Ponce closure expected later this fall. The original Dugan's opened in 1985 next to what is now Hotel Clermont, and once open at the new Northlake site it will occupy a large space toward the front entrance on Briarcliff Road. The menu should be similar to the Ponce location, serving pub grub including ten wing flavors, burgers, and loaded nachos.
