"The dark warehouse building may look vacant in its quiet alley off of Roy Street, but just behind the side door (marked by a red light and wordless sign with quotation marks) is one of the most exhilarating new cocktail lounges in Seattle. The giant elephant guarding the bar top amplifies the excitement, but the menu proves worthy of the unique and historic space. There’s a nice assortment of classic cocktails to choose from as well as some surprisingly hearty small plates (try the salmon dip). There’s also the Unlisted, a daring option where you choose the base liquor and let the bartender do their thing." - Brianna Gunter
