"I'm reporting on a replacement for the shuttered Japanese street food restaurant Paid in Full: an amber-hued Japanese spot overseen by self-described “restaurant stylist” Martin Koleff that plans a Sunday, Sept. 22 launch at 11 a.m. It moves into the corner space at the Durango Point Retail Center near the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Durango Drive, close to Suzuya Patisserie, and Koleff — who has been a force behind local restaurants including Raku and Curry Zen — still operates a katsu and curry menu about three miles east. The restaurant promises a Japanese menu with set meals built around a pork or chicken katsu dish, tempura vegetables, a katsu sandwich, a kid’s meal option, brown rice, hojicha teas, imported Japanese beverages, and yuzu panna cotta for dessert; the team still keeps many details under wraps and has not revealed regular opening hours." - Bradley Martin
