This summer, it is transforming to Hank’s Hideaway, a Tulum- and tiki-inspired pop-up with cocktails in coconuts, pina coladas, daiquiris, and more. The menu features short rib potstickers, Kalua pork sliders with passionfruit barbecue sauce, a yellowfin poke bowl, and other tropical dishes.
