"In Quebec City I ate at Le Clocher Penché, a café-turned-restaurant and local favourite; my main gripe was that it’s a little loud. A mixed wine list and inventive cocktails (like a Bloody Mary granita) earned nods, and the dish of the day—a duck breast with a barley‑mushroom stew served in a cast‑iron dish—felt hearty and homey.
