"Purple Penguin is expanding from its four local shacks and moving into a location on Henderson's Water Street. The kid-friendly restaurant will include a walk-up window for grab-and-go dishes and a seating area inside. Normally open seasonally, it is unknown if this location will become a year-round attraction. The restaurant serves a variety of snow cone flavors and operates shacks in Henderson and Las Vegas." - Bradley Martin
