"Hitchcock will launch a series of street food events with various accomplished chefs showcasing their skills. The series will feature Puerto Rican-born chef Alejandro Tress, chef Carlo Lamagna from Magna in Portland, and sous chef Osmel Gonzales from SingleThread in California, among others.
