"Co-owned by Michigan natives Chef Justin Vaiciunas and hospitality expert Michael Mauro, this new restaurant inspired by the artwork of American abstract expressionist Jackson Pollock flung open its doors on June 20 in the Village shopping center. The space promises modern art gallery vibes accented with plants, while the menu is made up of a variety of small plates like black truffle burrata, entrees including fat noodle bolognese, and “cones” that are filled with delicacies such as caviar, hummus, beef tartare, and crab dip. To drink, guests can select from a variety of flavored espresso martinis and several cocktails featuring fruity or herbaceous notes." - Serena Maria Daniels
