Creamistry’s Nitrogen-Frozen Ice Cream Arrives in Uptown - Eater Dallas

"Creamistry, a California-based chain that freezes its ice cream with liquid nitrogen, has debuted its fifth Dallas-area location. The newest outpost debuted over the weekend at 2301 North Akard Street, inside the ritzy Union Dallas building that also houses Tacolingo, The Henry, and forthcoming Italian eatery North Italia. The new location joins four previously-opened Creamistry locations in Southlake, Addison, Las Colinas, and Lower Greenville.
