"I'm excited that a family-friendly Texas Roadhouse is confirmed for the St. Rose Square shopping center at the corner of St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street; the 7,570-square-foot casual steakhouse will sit across the parking lot from the popular Costco and the eagerly awaited, under-construction Nacho Daddy.
