"I noted that a federal judge found a disabled plaintiff’s testimony “not credible” and dismissed his ADA suit against Alhambra Irish House, a Redwood City restaurant; the original complaint, filed May 19, 2021, alleged the “difficulty and discomfort” the plaintiff experienced because outdoor tables were “too high” for a wheelchair user.
