"After RoRo BBQ lost the lease on its offsite space for smoking meats, the owners closed down the restaurant and teamed up with new co-owner Cayetano Mendez to reopen as a taqueria. The tacos here are textbook; the tortillas have a just-right hint of toasty and smoky char while retaining the requisite pliancy.
