"Three years after it was first revealed, I found that Georgia’s K-Factory BBQ has finally expanded to the Rio and reopened as Kang’s Kitchen, bringing an expanded menu of Korean dishes and servers who prepare orders on the grills installed at each customer's table. The project, which had $1.3 million in estimated construction costs allocated in early 2018, resulted in a stylish, contemporary dining room decorated with quirky, Las Vegas-themed murals. The parent company, which has operated three Georgia restaurants for the past seven years, uses charcoal briquettes to enhance the flavor of its meats and imported a similar menu with à la carte and combination options. Appetizers include sausage and rice cake skewers, fried dumplings, and spicy tteokbokki, and the menu also offers soups and stews, bibimbap, cold noodles, and rice dishes such as pork steaks, squid, and short rib steak. The grill selections span beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, and there is a house “signature” meal priced at $88.88 per person, along with courses of prime rib, rib eye, beef tartare, hand-rub seasoned steak, short rib, pork belly, pork neck, and a beef short rib soup." - Bradley Martin
