"During the province’s second lockdown, Patrick Liu turned his pizza-making for friends into Curfew Pizza, a charitable pop-up that gives away free Neapolitan-style pies on a bi-weekly lottery — winners are randomly selected to receive one of about a dozen (sometimes up to 20) pizzas and can choose margherita or vegan marinara (with a third flavour coming soon); while the pizzas are free, winners are encouraged to donate, with proceeds currently split between Resilience Montreal and ANEB Quebec, an initiative that has raised nearly $900 and drawn attention from Jimmy Kimmel, who agreed to match donations up to $2,000." - Valerie Silva
