The Best Underrated, Hidden Gem Restaurants in Portland | Eater Portland

"When it opened on Alberta in 2010, Swiss Hibiscus was one of the very few — if only — Swiss restaurants in the area. Now, it’s one of a handful of spots in town that serve Alpine standards like cheese fondue and schnitzel. But regulars still frequent Swiss Hibiscus for hearty fare like goulash, wienerschnitzel, and rösti, a Swiss-style hash brown. A particular star on the menu is the Emince Zurichoise, a comfort food dish of thinly sliced pork in a mushroom cream sauce." - Eater Staff
