"Price Range: $$ Derby City’s longest-standing Vietnamese restaurant is tucked into a south Louisville strip mall. Founded in 1993 by Vietnamese immigrant Alex Lam, the nondescript spot features a wide ranging menu with plenty of vegetarian options. Try the K8, or hu tieu sa-te, a spicy bowl featuring rice noodles in a broth infused with lemongrass, broccoli, bean sprouts, and peanuts.
