Fishbones takes seafood seriously, sourcing fresh catches from piers in Boston and Gloucester and updating the menu twice every day. There’s a whole section of the menu devoted to lobster, and the daily list of freshly-caught fish can be cooked however you’d like: fried, grilled, broiled, baked, seared, blackened, or oven-roasted.
