"Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Chart House is offering a special menu of fan favorites including a seafood pot pie with lobster, shrimp, scallops, asparagus, and mushrooms under a flaky puff pastry crust; teriyaki top sirloin with fingerling potatoes; seared pepper ahi topped with ponzu and served with a sesame-and-wonton salad; shrimp beignets with chipotle aioli; and miso-maple glazed salmon wrapped in prosciutto, finished with a mango-balsamic glaze and lemon-shallot butter with Asian green beans.
