"Cheesemaker Keith Adams has relocated his company Alemar Cheese from Northeast Minneapolis’s Food Building to Sebastopol, California. Adams told the Pioneer Press that a number of factors led to the decision — namely, he hasn’t been able to turn a profit since the pandemic began; his head cheesemaker recently relocated to a new city; and he was struggling to find a new milk supplier. Though he didn’t want to close his Minneapolis location, Adams told the Pi Press he’s excited to be back in California, his home state." - Justine Jones
