"I attended a guest chef dinner at Mere Bulles on September 20 featuring Alex Belew in collaboration with executive chef Chris Smithing; the four-course menu began with roasted carrots with honey labneh and a Napa Caesar, continued to an entree of short rib with polenta and charred onion aioli, and finished with ricotta doughnuts for dessert.
