"Twenty-five years ago, Johnny Rivera and chef Andy Beardslee brought their satiating breakfast dishes to San Diego when their Midwest-influenced brunch spot debuted in Hillcrest. Two decades later, the OG location — which has since expanded to nine other outposts across the country, including in Las Vegas — continues to impress diners with its nationally recognized “twisted farm food” like sage-infused fried chicken and waffles.
