"As the final stop at a permanently parked food truck with one picnic table full of regulars, La Fondita Express was my least preferred of the three: the chorizo was so greasy it required a handful of napkins before I could eat, the chicken felt a tad rubbery, though the green sauce was good and the tortillas were more than passable.
