Smoked Burgers & BBQ expands from the Strip to the southeast | Eater Vegas

"A new southeast restaurant from Ryan Klaasen and TresAmigo LLC focuses on smoked meats, backyard flavors, and American comfort food, with menu highlights including loaded barbecue fries, smoked chicken wings, blueberry chicken sliders, smoked meat street tacos, a pulled pork burger, and St. Louis-style ribs. The 2,414-square-foot corner space in the Pecos Plaza retail center (replacing a short-lived vegan spot) is built for sports and socializing, featuring 18 televisions, a 1,500-square-foot covered patio with a mini putting green and outdoor ping-pong, a vintage pinball machine, and plans for trivia nights, karaoke, and UFC viewing events. The owner plans a celebrity menu of sandwiches and burgers endorsed by NBA players such as Kevin Garnett, Stephen Jackson, Jason Richardson, and Alan Anderson, and the concept has drawn attention from figures including Floyd Mayweather.
