"Projected to open in the fall, the Dekum Street Theater will be a 100-seat performance space hosting live theater, monthly improv shows programmed by Jessica Kelley, and a range of offerings including an artist-in-residence program, classes, and workshops; it shares a building with the Lobby Bar and features a protruding box office in the facade that will become functional once the theater opens.
