"Set to open on North Hills Street this month, Bartaco brings a Brazil-inspired, beach-culture taco spot to Raleigh with a menu full of creative tacos (from baja fish to falafel), rice bowls topped with choices ranging from roasted duck to cauliflower, and playful snacks like fried plantains and blistered shishitos.
