"NADC Burger is a new restaurant opening in East Austin at 1007 East Sixth Street. It is led by Sushi by Scratch chef and co-owner Phillip Frankland Lee and professional skateboarder Neen Williams. The restaurant serves wagyu smash burgers made with ingredients from Texas-based Iron Table Wagyu and spices from Williams's company NADC. The burgers include American cheese, a sauce, onions, jalapenos, and pickles, and the fries are cooked in wagyu fat. The space features indoor bar seating, an open kitchen, a patio, and serves cocktails and beers. A late-night happy hour special includes a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, a burger, and a Jameson whiskey shot for $20 starting at 11 p.m. NADC Burger is part of the Scratch Restaurants group and is located next to Wolf and Wheat bakery and Pasta|Bar on the same block.
