"I found Gott’s Roadside open today in the Bon Air Center of Greenbrae, serving Niman Ranch burgers on Panorama buns; it's Northern California’s answer to Shake Shack, though it actually opened first when brothers Joel and Duncan Gott launched their first roadside restaurant in St. Helena in 1999. They introduced atypical roadside fare like ahi poke tacos, have expanded to seven locations, and the new Marin County spot is their largest yet. Daily hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m." - Caleb Pershan
