"Opening next month at 3580 Breckinridge Boulevard in Duluth, this fast-casual, counter-service Southern grill from chef Keith Kash—who grew up in Harlem and credits his Montgomery- and Raeford-born parents for his love of cooking—offers a "hybrid" approach to soul food that aims to deliver a healthier, authentic take on classics. The menu pairs staples like lamb chops, turkey wings, whiting filet dinners, and fried chicken with Southern-inspired salads, grilled and broiled vegetables and several vegan options. Seating is available inside and on a patio but will be limited during the pandemic; masks are required and online ordering for takeout will be offered.
