"Oakland-based catering company Creole Creed is now at Plum Bar as part of the guest chef residency series at Daniel Patterson’s Oakland restaurant. Mother-daughter entrepreneurs Tekia Anderson and Queen Nefertiti Shabazz are serving Lousiana-Creole cuisine like a pork chop and yams, and étouffée with shrimp and crawfish through the end of October.
