"After more than a decade on Capitol Hill, I'm sad to see Crumble and Flake Patisserie — a tiny but cherished French-style bakery known for delicate, flaky kouign-amann — announce it will be closing its Capitol Hill storefront, with its last day this Sunday, November 12, before moving in December to a cottage-like building in Gilman Village in Issaquah (apparently the former home of the historic Boarding House).
