"One of Montrose Collective’s newer restaurants launched its Sunday brunch service in early April, offering contemporary Mediterranean dishes and cocktails best enjoyed on its see-and-be-seen patio. Make it a feast by filling the table with grilled sourdough topped with whipped lime ricotta and truffle honey, octopus carpaccio with a smoked paprika aioli and potato chips for added crunch, a schnitzel Caesar salad, and beet-cured lox layered on a potato-apple latke. Diners will also have access to some of Okto’s dinner favorites, including the rich crab squid ink linguini, the Frena, and the Greek salad. And, as every brunch menu should, Okto touts a burger. The Burger Au Poivre is topped with gorgonzola, gruyere, peppercorn sauce, and potato, with the option to add a fried egg, which pairs perfectly with one of its martinis. For parents or adults with kids in tow, fear not. Okto aims to make brunch a family affair with a simple children’s menu featuring pasta or schnitzel and fries." - Brittany Britto Garley
