"Plans are underway to open a second Metropolitan Variety location on the ground level of the 11-story Kahn Building at 7430 in New Center; the casual convenience store will offer freshly-made grab-and-go items, beer and wine, coffee, and basic pantry items and is expected to serve as an amenity for residents.
