"A planned neighborhood bakery from a former pastry chef that will focus on rustic, bread-forward baking rather than cakes or cupcakes — described by its baker as “pretty rustic” and “very bread-heavy,” offering bread and pastries with eventual wholesale distribution once the shop is established.
