Local 360 in Belltown Introduces All-Vegan Restaurant Local Vegan - Eater Seattle

"Local 360, a popular Belltown mainstay known for locally-sourced food, is opening a new all-vegan offshoot called Local Vegan. Located in the same building as Local 360 but with a separate dining room, kitchen, and entrance on Bell Street, it seats 45 guests. The restaurant features a seven-course plant-based tasting menu priced at $68, with an optional $20 wine pairing. Dishes include wild mushroom mousse, oven roasted carrots with vegetable demi glace, and almond cheese macarons with apricot compote. It operates from 5 p.m.-10 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
