"Tacotarian is a new vegan Mexican street food restaurant that opens on Aug. 22. It features a black, white, and aqua blue interior with vintage Mexican movies projected onto the walls. The restaurant seats about 40 people and includes a bar area, side banquettes, and a long communal table. Locally handcrafted wood tables and tile from Mexico contribute to its vintage Mexican market vibe. The menu, designed by executive chef John Simmons, includes various street tacos and other Mexican dishes, along with desserts like churros and vegan champurrado chocolate ice cream from Nourish Creamery.
