"This very curated and eye-catchingly decorated restaurant is blooming out in the ‘burbs of Waco (only a 15-minute drive from Downtown). Owners Matt and Tiffany Fatheree teamed up with chefs Alejandro Najar and Alyssa Osinga, who were featured on Hell’s Kitchen, to create the Butcher’s Cellar. The menu focuses on shareable dishes, featuring a killer lobster tagliolini, crunchy shrimp toast, and various cuts of steak and select seafood dishes. The 1,000 Layer Potato, topped with creme fraiche and roe, is a must-order — it is savory and earthy, with layers of potato that are awe-inspiring.
