"The Vault Steakhouse is a new dining concept located underground in the 555 California skyscraper in San Francisco's Financial District, also known as the former Bank of America Building. Owned by Ryan Cole and part of the Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group, the steakhouse offers a luxurious setting with leather banquettes and private liquor lockers. The menu, crafted by chef Ryan Cerizo, features Black Angus steaks from Kansas, tableside Caesar salads, and other steakhouse classics. Unique items include beef fat fried rice and 'Potato Pave Tots' topped with caviar. Bar veteran Nicky Beyries is in charge of cocktails. The Vault Steakhouse opens on October 1, with opening hours Tuesday to Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m." - Becky Duffett
