Acclaimed Doughnut Shop Back Door Donuts Is Doing a Late-Night Pop-Up at Loretta’s Last Call in Fenway - Eater Boston

"Back Door Donuts, a day trip-worthy doughnut shop located on Martha’s Vineyard, is bringing its boulder-sized apple fritters to the country-themed bar and restaurant Loretta’s Last Call in Fenway starting on March 15. For the uninitiated: At the Vineyard outpost, the Back Door team sells doughnuts and coffee at the Front Bakery Cafe starting in the early morning, and then transitions into a speakeasy-style setup at night where customers can buy doughnuts from its purple-painted back door until 11 p.m. The Fenway pop-up will be a similar late-night operation. Customers can snag sweets including Back Door’s famous fritters, honey dipped, and buttermilk glazed doughnuts from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. nightly, according to a press rep, and the first 100 people in line on March 15 will get a free doughnut on their next visit.
