They blend Asian and Cajun flavors in their seafood boils, which feature lobster, crawfish, shrimp, and Dungeness, king, and snow crabs; diners choose a sauce, spice level, and accoutrements like corn on the cob, red potatoes, sausage, and crispy tofu to mix into their boils.
