"A new leadership team is now running the kitchen at Big Rock Chophouse in Birmingham: Eric Voigt has been named executive chef and Bill Morales executive sous chef, replacing chef Gabby Milton, who now heads Lumen in downtown Detroit. Voigt has been with Big Rock since 2011 as executive pastry chef and previously worked at Tribute in Farmington Hills, Saltwater Bourbon Steak in the MGM Grand Casino, and the Dali Group Restaurants." - Brenna Houck
