NYC New Restaurant Openings: May 2025 | Eater NY

"A new Japanese restaurant situated in the Hotel Chelsea’s subterranean level with a sushi bar helmed by chef Tadashi Ono (formerly of Matsuri). The space takes its name from former Hotel Chelsea resident Teruko Yokoi and will showcase a collection of her original art, per a spokesperson; the opening replaces what had previously been the cocktail bar Serena’s." - Emma Orlow
