"Months-old Saint Florian is gearing up for its first summer. Unlike some of the other restaurants in town, Saint Florian is massive and has a lot of seating for walk-in groups across two levels. It’s positioned as a steakhouse, and there are indeed several cuts on the large menu, but there’s also a lot of other options if you’re not after red meat; fried chicken, relish trays, and cornbread biscuits offer comfort and something for the whole party." - Emma Orlow
