"Opening this summer inside the Conrad London hotel in St. James’s and named for Suffragette activist Emily Wilding Davidson, this new restaurant is led by a team built around a former Michelin-starred head chef and includes Laetizia Keating and Emma Underwood. The menu will focus on reworking classic pairings rather than avant-garde technique, with early dishes such as poached lobster with tomatoes, shellfish cream and olive; a whole roasted John Dory with brassicas, lemon and sauce Choron; and a riff on Black Forest gâteau.
